No, it's a scene from a fanfic and they were at a charity event and found this moment where they both were alone on the balcony and after many chapters leading up to this, Burns kissed him. It's been so long since I wrote that chapter that I almost forgot what scene it was referencing. It does look like a wedding though. XD
